After almost ten years since traveling through Greece, their famously thick yogurt has landed in Canada. Since feasting on this faboulously rich treat, the regular stuff just hasn't satisfied. Stumbling from one pot to the next, I was forever in search of thick, slightly tart, silky and almost velvety yogurt. Well the search is over! Skotidakis is amazing, and the topping comes in a side compartment, so you can have add as much flavour as you want. One dip into the honey followed by a smooth slide into the heavenly white full cloud.
