Burgers are the new cupcake. All year, shops have been popping up, making burgers the new go to for fast, trendy eats. Must be Bobby Flay's influence or the need for tasty cheaper dinning. Whatever sparked this food frenzy, I welcome it. Thanks to Lunch Club at work, I've already eaten my share of burgers, but mostly at Craft Burger. After reading about a Burger Club in New York, I think it's time to broaden our lunch clubbing and search out different burger joints. Juicier. Greasier. Less fancy toppings. More honest to goodness.
