Fresh from the oven, my latest creation, Vegan Banana Bread. I was inspired by this recipe from the Fat Free Vegan Kitchen. In fact the only thing I changed was the soy milk for buttermilk. Now I haven't tasted it yet, but it looks and smells great. No sugar, imagine me not cooking with sugar?
