If you've used the TTC vending machine then you know how awkward it is. Sure its got a touch screen, but the keypad has been placed so low that you have to bend down to enter your pin. It's not private and it's certainly not comfortable to use. Not to mention the fact that every month you have to wait in a crazy long line to get a new card, instead of topping up online. Looks to me like it's time for the TTC get an upgrade.

Poor Design
If you've used the TTC vending machine then you know how awkward it is. Sure its got a touch screen, but the keypad has been placed so low that you have to bend down to enter your pin. It's not private and it's certainly not comfortable to use. Not to mention the fact that every month you have to wait in a crazy long line to get a new card, instead of topping up online. Looks to me like it's time for the TTC get an upgrade.
