I've blogged it before and I'll blog it again - the pool at the Chateau Laurier is one of my favourite pools in the whole word. It's an art deco indoor pool with all of the original decor. The only thing that's changed are the lamps - they use to have sun tanning bulbs in them. It's really warm, deep and long and there are hardly any people swimming in it. When you're in it, it's easy to forget what year it is. Move over hot tub time machine, this is an indoor pool time machine! Taking me back to swim trucks and bathing caps.

A Swimmer's Dream
