Cooking With The Coolbergs

A new blog segment that features the culinary delights from Chez Casa Coolberg. This week we finally made our butternut squash galette. A group effort indeed. I made the dough on Sunday and then on Tuesday Rich cooked up the squash. Today is Wednesday and all of the galette is gone. It was so good. Its opened up a whole new world of free form tarts to us.
