On Friday night, Rich made the most delicious late night snack - ice cream sandwiches. First he blended two ice cream flavours: cookie dough and cookies in cream. Then he nestled the sweet mixture between two chocolate wafers. Finally, he rolled it in toffee chips. Oh it was so good.
