Jicama Con Chile y Limon

The food in Mexico was amazing. In Cabo the tacos ruled, then when we were camping on the islands, we feasted every night thanks to the sweetest chef - Anotonio. His cooking was incrdible and plentiful. Jicama Con Chile y Limon was one of my favourites and it is the simplest.

1 fresh Jicama
1 lime
Chile seasoning like Tajine (found at Price Chopper)

Cut the jicama into wide strips.
Lay it out on a platter.
Squeeze on loads of lime juice.
Sprinkle with chile.
