My 3rd attempt at baked brie failed. I don't know, unless I wrap the brie in pastry I just can't quite figure out how to cook it. It turns into a puddle of salt and then seizes up into a rock of salt. I'll leave this one to the pros - Katherine's was absolutely divine. On the upside...I actually boiled eggs right yesterday! I can pretty much cook anything, but the easy things like boiled eggs and baked brie are beyond me.
