Kitchen crisis averted! Mid baking baked beans (which fyi take 6 hours to cook), I realized that I am missed mustard powder. Eeek! Thankfully this site has every cooking substitution remedy known to chefs. Who knew you could replace mustard powder with regular mustard, ok it sounds like a no-brainer, but mid crisis who's thinking straight? PS: This saviour site looks totally ghetto but the content seems credible.
