Sayonara Sugar

Day one, no sugar. So far so good. After a junk food filled weekend I've decided to quit the white stuff for the next little while. Give my body a bit of a break. I considered quitting caffeine too, but my week is just too crazy.

Here are my rules:
-No sweets
-No chocolate
-No wine

I practically live on all 3 so this should be tough.
