Woke up at 6am to make 4 batches of pie dough. There's something so cathartic about making dough - even though the Cuisinart does most of the work. But it's amazing, each one turned out a little bit different.On Saturday I'll turn these balls into blueberries pies for Catherine's wedding. (Stay tuned for pics.)
